As a Partner, you own your practice end-to-end—from winning clients to delivering hires that close them out. You bring credibility to build a book of business and then lead delivery to ensure outcomes and client delight.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning and growing client relationships, ideally with P&L or practice-ownership experience.
• Established, credible network among founders, executives, or industry leaders in your function or geography.
• Experience in executive search, recruitment, consulting, or another senior client-facing/commercial role.
• Ability to set commercial terms and negotiate directly with owners and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and P&L for your practice, function, or geography.
• Win new clients using your network and credibility.
• Grow existing accounts into long-term partnerships with TechTree.
• Set pricing and proposals for the deals you bring in.
• Lead delivery on projects and maintain high-quality searches.
• Close deals and hires; own revenue on what you sign and deliver.
• Build and eventually manage your own practice team as your book grows.
