H Company in Paris is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to strengthen our Operations team and attract top talent across research, engineering, product, and marketing. You will own the full recruitment journey from role definition to onboarding, elevating processes in a fast-growing, international environment.

You are fluent in French and English, with 8–10+ years in TA, expert in advanced sourcing and structured interviews, and able to lead 20+ interviews weekly while coaching

• Expert in advanced sourcing and structured interviews.
• Fluent in French and English.
