TechTree, a deep-tech startup in Toulouse, is seeking a versatile operations professional who will grow with the founders and help move the company forward.

You’ll own a broad set of tasks from coordinating travel and logistics to supporting budgets, payroll, and public funding applications. This role suits someone eager to learn fast, take initiative, and own outcomes in a small team.

Qualifications

• Fluent French is mandatory.
• English at or near fluent level, written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the founders' right hand, removing friction and driving important company problems.
• Coordinate travel, logistics, equipment, and preparations for visits and deployments.
• Support financial operations, including budgets, payments, salaries, expenses, and cash tracking.
• Build and maintain clear financial and operational reporting for founders and investors.
• Help prepare grant applications and European/NATO funding opportunities.
• Manage purchasing, suppliers, deliveries, and other operational dependencies.
• Develop simple internal processes and automate repetitive tasks.
• Support customer and partner operations across teams.
• Take ownership of unexpected operational problems and drive resolution.
