Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Regional Vice President, France to lead and scale a high-performing organization focused on expanding enterprise workloads and driving sustained revenue growth across France. You will shape regional strategy, lead second-line sales leaders, and ensure delivery of bookings and revenue targets from Paris.

The role requires living in Paris and working from MongoDB's Paris office at least three days per week, with four days preferred, and leading a team to recruit and develop

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and able to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of building and leading second-line sales teams.
• Experience selling complex enterprise software and professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and create qualified pipeline.
• Experience leading through other leaders and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Regional Directors to exceed bookings objectives.
• Manage a high-performing Enterprise Growth organization in France.
• Build and execute the France Enterprise Growth strategy with focus on expanding existing customers and acquiring new workloads.
• Coach leaders to identify, qualify, and close complex enterprise deals.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to improve regional outcomes.
