Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software sales organizations.
• Proven ability to recruit and grow high-performing sales teams.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth and building qualified pipelines.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise buying processes and negotiations.
• Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN or Challenger Sales is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Regional Directors to surpass bookings objectives monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Build a high-performance culture anchored in accountability and execution.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain Regional Directors and Enterprise Account Executives.
• Define and execute the France Enterprise Growth strategy focused on expanding existing customers and landing new workloads.
• Enable leaders to identify, qualify, and develop a healthy sales pipeline and negotiate complex deals.
• Drive adoption of MongoDB’s sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Command of the Message).
• Establish operating rhythm across forecasting, pipeline reviews, territory planning, and performance management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes and generate regional demand.
