Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Regional Director, Enterprise Growth — France, to lead a high-performing sales team in Paris. You will own recruitment, enablement, and execution strategy for the territory, coaching Enterprise Account Executives to achieve bookings and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recruiting and managing a high-performing direct software sales team.
• 5+ years quota-carrying field sales experience in a fast-paced market.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales processes.
• Track record of overachievement and exceeding targets.
• Experience expanding business in the Enterprise segment.
• Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise tech to executives.
• Fluent in French.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and empower Enterprise Account Executives to exceed bookings objectives.
• Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, execution, talent development, and customer impact.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, ramp, develop, and retain Enterprise Account Executives in line with hiring criteria.
• Enable the team to prospect, identify, qualify, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Coach the team to grow existing business and navigate enterprise negotiations.
• Develop deep product understanding to mentor and enable the sales team.
• Drive adoption of MongoDB’s MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Foster strong customer relationships to create expansion opportunities.
• Establish a rigorous operating rhythm: weekly forecasting, pipeline inspection, territory planning, performance management.
• Plan territory coverage and go-to-market execution in line with priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Finance to improve outcomes.
