MongoDB is seeking a commercially minded Regional Marketing Manager in France to develop and execute account‑based and field marketing programs for premier French accounts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in account‑based marketing, field marketing, demand generation, industry marketing or a related commercial role.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans for complex enterprise accounts.
• Experience working in B2B technology is preferred but not required.
• Experience partnering with sales, solution consulting, customer success, partners and executive stakeholders to influence commercial outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own the France account‑based marketing plan for an agreed portfolio of dynamic accounts, including plan, priorities, budget and quarterly analysis.
• Work with account teams to understand account challenges, priorities and key personas.
• Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies addressing each account and engaging senior leaders.
• Translate sales priorities into integrated programs across executive engagement, events, digital campaigns and community activities.
• Develop acquisition and engagement campaigns for digital‑native and AI companies, adapting messaging and channels for technical audiences.
• Act as a strategic marketing consultant to enable programs aligning with commercial objectives.
• Establish quarterly account reviews, briefs and post‑program follow‑ups with account teams.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, Demand Generation, Developer Advocacy and other teams to deliver holistic plans.
• Align marketing activity with sales goals and enablement resources.
• Use account intelligence and engagement data to prioritise investment and influence buying committees.
