MongoDB is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Architect in Paris for a hybrid role. You will guide customers through architecture design, providing technical and business value, while working with sales to drive deals and customer success.

The ideal candidate has extensive pre-sales experience, strong scripting and programming knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 25% as needed. You will mentor teammates and help evolve the technical conversations with enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of customer-facing experience, with minimum 7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software.
• 3+ years in Python, Node.js, SQL, or Java/C/C++ in a professional setting.
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed cloud and on‑prem systems.
• Ability to review complex architectures and guide improvements using MongoDB.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Travel up to 25% and collaboration with Sales Leadership across multiple accounts.

Responsabilités

• Design scalable and performant applications and infrastructure for large projects leveraging MongoDB.
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies and articulate business value.
• Collaborate with sales to drive account success including discovery, demos, and value proofs.
• Generate demand through events and account-based marketing activities.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction and success.
• Mentor Solutions Consulting teammates and share best practices.
• Stay current on MongoDB product suite and industry trends.
