Morpho, a leading DeFi lending protocol, is expanding its People team in Paris. The role supports day-to-day office operations, workplace coordination, and HR administration, with a strong focus on onboarding and employee experience.

Open to apprenticeships/alternance, this hands-on position requires native French and professional English, plus a proactive, tech-savvy mindset. Based in Paris with hybrid work, you will work across onboarding, payroll support, vendor coordination, and People

Qualifications

• Must-have: native or near-native French and professional English.
• Highly organized, motivated and autonomous, able to own routine cycles and exceptions.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with new tools, AI and automations.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day operations of the Paris office, liaising with building and workspace providers.
• Coordinate office vendors, supplies, equipment, and facilities requests.
• Support People Operations for employees across the global workforce.
• Operate employee systems and provide backup for HR admin tasks.
• Assist payroll changes, benefits updates, PTO, and supporting documentation.
• Support onboarding and other People-related processes and events.
