Dashlane is hiring a Lead System Administrator to steer our global IT team and transform IT into a proactive business partner. Based in Paris with a hybrid work model, you will lead three system admins across Paris, Lisbon, and New York and stay hands-on with infrastructure and tooling.

You will drive automation, upskill the team, and push AI adoption across IT processes while collaborating closely with the CISO and security teams to secure identity and endpoint management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT operations experience with at least 3 years in people leadership.
• Hands-on management of Azure, Google Workspace, and modern endpoint management.
• Experience supporting engineering teams (GitLab or similar).
• Proven track record moving teams from reactive to proactive with automation.
• Fluent English; French or Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead a distributed IT team across Paris, Lisbon, and New York.
• Set direction, coach the team, and contribute hands-on to infra and tooling.
• Upskill and hire to build the Dashlane IT organization for scale.
• Shift IT from reactive helpdesk to proactive business partner with stakeholders.
• Drive AI adoption in IT processes and daily operations.
• Own IT infrastructure: Terraform on Azure, Entra, Intune, Jamf, GitLab.
• Collaborate with CISO and security on identity, access, and endpoint security.
• Define IT roadmap and success metrics; manage budget and vendors.
