Avenga in Paris is seeking a freelancer/individual consultant for Technical Support on-site five days a week at the client's premises. The engagement runs from October 1 to December 15, based in Paris, within Managed Services, supporting end-user computing and desktop deployments.

The role requires French fluency and strong English, with tasks spanning helpdesk, device provisioning, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

Experience as helpdesk or IT support specialist.
Windows and Linux system support and maintenance.
Troubleshooting in a multi-user environment.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Firewall/VLAN, NAT and network security.
Knowledge of Internet concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SCP, DNS).
Experience using monitoring tools.
French language is mandatory; advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilités

Support and maintain end-user computing infrastructure (desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals).
Design, implement and maintain standardized desktop configurations.
Ensure consistency in OS, software and security settings for performance and security.
Plan, execute and support desktop deployments and lifecycle.
Maintain printers and coordinate with network/systems engineers for printing issues.
Maintain stock levels of IT equipment.
Support and troubleshoot SAP GUI for users.
Coordinate with external IT service providers for outages and on-site support.
