Pegasystems in Paris is seeking a senior Client Executive to lead enterprise sales engagements with French clients. You will own the full sales cycle, engage C-level executives, and drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners to close strategic deals. You are an experienced, growth-minded seller who thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates credibility with senior stakeholders, and can translate

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise software, AI, workflow or platform sales.
Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
Credibility with C-suite leaders and partners; ability to influence outcomes.
Comfortable leading executive briefings, client workshops and deal reviews.
Ability to articulate AI architecture implications and business value.

Responsabilités

Lead a cross-functional Client Growth team across the enterprise sales cycle.
Open new buying centers via proactive hunting within strategic accounts and manage end-to-end deal strategy.
Story-tell linking business challenges to measurable outcomes and drive alignment.
Orchestrate internal teams and co-sell with ecosystem partners to close opportunities.
Translate client challenges into market insight to inform GTM and product evolution.
