Genesys in Paris is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and revenue growth with enterprise clients in the Financial Services sector. You will leverage your expertise in Customer Experience, AI, Cloud, and Contact Center solutions to understand customer needs and close strategic deals.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise sales, a track record of exceeding targets, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term executive relationships.
Experience with Salesforce CRM and forecasting.
Fluent in French and English.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Master's degree or relevant certification is an advantage.

Responsabilités

Lead new business development by identifying and closing enterprise opportunities for Genesys Cloud.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
Apply a consultative sales approach to position AI-powered CX solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends to position Genesys as a market leader.
Partner with Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Product teams to develop account strategies.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM data, and pipeline management.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account expansion.
Negotiate and close complex enterprise agreements.
