Blupace in Paris is seeking a Desktop Technician to provide day-to-day local and remote desk support, handle incoming calls, troubleshoot hardware, software, and apps, and document steps in the ticketing system. The candidate will also facilitate resolution with supervisors to ensure consistency across shifts.

The role requires 3+ years IT experience, a Bachelor in Computer Science, and certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCP.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• CompTIA A+, MCP or better.
• Minimum of 18 months’ IT experience.
• Windows 7-10, Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware, AV solutions, Helpdesk systems.
• Mobile device management including iOS and Android devices, encryption solutions, AD-based management.

Aufgaben

• Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows XP/7/8/10 and Office 2010+.
• Support printers, PC hardware, and peripherals; basic Mac knowledge helpful.
• Assist in network and workstation hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Collaborate in a project-based environment with flexibility and teamwork.
