Job summary

Joko is seeking a Workplace Manager to own the Paris office end-to-end and scale our workplace experience as we grow globally. You will run facilities, vendors, onboarding and events, and ensure consistent employee experience across geographies.

You will design rituals, manage budgets and compliance, and partner with Finance and Legal. Based in Paris with flexible remote options, you will help shape our culture as we expand to 200+ people.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Workplace, Office Management, People Operations, Event Management, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Own the Paris office end-to-end.
• Bring the team together through events.
• Own onboarding end-to-end.
• Hold the culture as we scale.
• Keep admin and compliance airtight.
