Joko is seeking a Workplace Manager to own the Paris office end-to-end, including managing service providers, space, and vendor relationships. You will design team events and onboarding experiences, ensuring new hires feel welcome from day one and rituals scale across geographies.

You will protect and grow our culture as we scale, handle admin and compliance with Finance and Legal, and collaborate with the People Team to create a thriving, organized work environment for a fast-growing tech

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Workplace, Office Management, People Operations, Event Management, or similar roles.
• Ownership mindset with ability to drive projects end-to-end.
• Attention to detail in space, processes, and onboarding communications.
• Organized and efficient, able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills to build belonging and trust across teams.
• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking to groups.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; proactive in ambiguous environments.

Responsabilités

• Own the Paris office end-to-end including space, supplies, and vendors.
• Design and run team events and rituals that scale with the company.
• Manage onboarding from contract to IT setup and introductions to new hires.
• Maintain and scale company culture as the team grows.
• Keep admin and compliance routines aligned with Finance and Legal.
