Xebia is seeking a seasoned Client Engagement Manager based in Paris to lead the delivery of all Xebia services for a key client. You will collaborate with Delivery Managers, Global Client Partner, service line and CoE leaders to ensure seamless delivery, continuity, and opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.

The role requires driving strategic delivery plans, partnering with client stakeholders, and managing complex, multi-regional programs across engineering and consulting streams.

Qualifications

• Native-level French and advanced English required.
• Proven track record leading distributed, multi-regional teams.
• Experience conducting business with French companies and understanding French business culture.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute global and regional programs as the first point of contact for delivery and operations.
• Partner with C-suite client stakeholders to deliver progress updates and gather feedback.
• Participate in cross-region client discussions, governance and reporting.
• Build business-value frameworks and KPIs to meet client expectations.
• Ensure delivery excellence, innovation and acceleration visible to the client.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities in collaboration with the Global Client Partner.
• Oversee internal governance, resourcing and cross-service-line collaboration.
