Goodays, a leader in customer experience SaaS, seeks a Service Delivery Manager to drive deployments and ongoing evolutions for enterprise clients in Paris or Lille. You will coordinate technical integrations (APIs, SSO, data flows) and work across Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to ensure robust, high-impact implementations.

• Higher education degree (engineering school, university, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in implementing or deploying SaaS solutions.
• Experience in managing technical and integration projects.
