Qualifications

• A graduate from an engineering or business school.
• 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a consulting firm.
• Experienced problem-solver, curious, pragmatic, with good interpersonal skills and a track record of success in various transformation projects.
• Fluent language skills in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement client transformation plans and execute large-scale programs.
• Coordinate and follow up on Project Management Office tasks.
• Lead junior consultants and coach clients in projects and workshops.
• Deliver parts of transformation projects independently as you gain experience.
