• 10+ years in client engagement, program mgmt, or delivery leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multi-region teams and large deals.
• Native-level French with advanced English required.

Responsabilités

• Own global and regional programs as primary delivery contact.
• Partner with client executives; provide updates and gather feedback.
• Lead cross-region governance, reporting, and KPIs.
• Develop business-value frameworks and ensure delivery excellence.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities with client and partner teams.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and CoEs for scalable delivery.
