Murex in Paris is seeking a Client Services Production Manager to oversee service delivery for Managed Services or on‑prem deployments, ensuring operational excellence and high client satisfaction.

You will lead the CET team, drive cross‑selling opportunities and act as the client-facing face, coordinating internal contributors and translating client needs into effective production support while traveling to meet clients as required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with clients.
• Ensure production stability and contract-compliant support.
• Organize support activities with staffing and processes.
• Foster clear communication between Murex and client teams.
• Oversee light evolution of production and extensions.
• Monitor client satisfaction and support costs.
• Showcase value of maintenance and the Murex MX platform.
