Aircall, headquartered in Paris, seeks a Customer Success Manager for our Paris office. You will manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring adoption, retention, and expansion across a fast-growing global client base.

Ideal candidates bring customer-success or sales experience, fluency in French and English, and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. High collaboration with marketing and product teams is expected.

Qualifications

• First experience in Sales or Customer Success is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a pool of customers and drive them to successful value realization.
• Adopt a data-driven approach to growing and nurturing the digital touch segment of Aircall’s customer base.
• Monitor account health metrics like churn, contraction and expansion trends, customer satisfaction, and advocacy.
• Maintain regular updates on customers’ utilization and performance using data and dashboards.
• Engage customers to upsell products/services when opportunities arise.
• Host live webinars, office hours, and create e-guides to share expertise.
