Qualifications

• Experience in Sales or Customer Success is required.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a pool of customers and drive value realization.
• Adopt a data-driven approach to growing the digital touch segment.
• Monitor account health, churn, contraction and expansion trends using metrics.
• Maintain frequent pulse on customers’ utilization and performance with dashboards and feedback channels.
• Drive customer journeys and empower self-help resources.
