Job summary

Joko, a fast-growing AI shopping company, is seeking an Account Management Lead for Card-Linked partnerships in Paris. You will guide three Account Managers, with growth to six, driving growth with retailers and top-tier partners.

You will report to the VP Card-Linked and collaborate with Marketing, Ops, Finance, Product, and Data to execute strategic initiatives and optimize partner value.

Qualifications

• At least 6–8 years in business roles (startup/tech/finance/consulting), preferably in Sales or Account Management.
• Graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three Account Managers with potential to grow to six full-time hires.
• Participate in negotiations with top partners; build long-lasting relationships.
• Define revenue targets and OKRs; plan quarterly growth with cross-functional teams.
• Establish revenue forecasts and CRM processes with Business Ops and Finance.
• Drive strategic projects to improve partner value, pricing, and efficiency.
