Job summary

Joko is hiring an Account Manager (Card-Linked) based in Paris or Lille with on-site requirements. You will grow turnover by managing a portfolio of top-tier retailers in the French market and collaborating with Sales, Ops, Product, Data, and Marketing to maximize revenue.

You will drive CLO initiatives, partner with CMOs, and shape commercial strategies while building long-term relationships and ensuring successful onboarding and growth across our merchant network.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Education from a top-tier business or engineering school.

Responsibilities

• Grow turnover by maintaining and developing partnerships with top-tier retailers in the French market.
• Manage your own portfolio of partners and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, Data and Marketing.
• Work on Card-Linked Offers (CLO) and report to the Card-Linked Account Strategist Lead.
• Help CMOs grow their business with Joko and generate tens of millions in incremental revenue.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships and define annual partner strategies.
