Job summary

Spotify France is seeking an Agency Development Lead to drive strategic agency partnerships and architect commercial frameworks across the French market. You will shape opportunities for the FR sales team to activate within Spotify’s portfolio by leveraging senior agency relationships at holding companies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Agency, Business Development/Partnerships, and/or Strategic Sales experience leading businesses or complex accounts.
• Senior-level relationships across major French holding companies with understanding of how decisions flow to agency buyers.
• Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, business-focused narratives for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary liaison with key C-level relationships in France, partnering with Sales leadership.
• Design and negotiate commercial frameworks and incentive structures aligned with Spotify solutions.
• Own agency contact mapping, business reviews, and education plans for assigned agencies.
• Collaborate with Agency Commercial, Activation and Product teams to drive adoption of automation and programmatic solutions.
• Ensure alignment of agency priorities and term discussions with global, regional, and local sales leadership.
• Develop and deliver a compelling agency narrative grounded in Ads Manager, data collaboration, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead training programs and educational content for holding company partners and their teams.
• Represent Spotify at industry events and in the advertising community.
