Job summary

Spotify is expanding its Agency Development team in Paris. You will own strategic agency partnerships across France, architecting relationships and commercial frameworks that unlock growth for the FR sales team. A deep background in partnership development with holding companies and senior agency contacts is essential.

Qualifications

• Over a decade of agency/partnerships or strategic sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record with senior agency relationships at holding companies.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary liaison with key C-Level relationships; partner with Sales leadership in France.
• Design and negotiate commercial frameworks that align with Spotify solutions.
• Own agency contact mapping, business reviews and education plans across assigned agencies.
• Collaborate with Agency Commercial, Activation and Product teams to accelerate adoption of Spotify solutions.
• Ensure alignment across the FR sales org on agency priorities and terms; bridge agency partners with internal teams.
• Lead the commercial narrative across the agency portfolio and advise leadership on opportunities.
