Xpand Group is hiring a Partnerships Manager in Paris to build and scale its agency partnerships channel from scratch. You will own the development of the partnerships strategy, starting with the French e-commerce ecosystem and expanding across Europe.

This hands-on role requires 3-5+ years in agency partnerships within SaaS or technology. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Product to turn relationships into pipeline and measurable revenue, with significant ownership.

Qualificações

• 3-5+ years of experience in agency partnerships within SaaS or technology, ideally in e-commerce.
• Capability to build or structure a partnerships motion, not just manage an existing program.
• Understanding of the French e-commerce agency ecosystem and the corresponding network.

Responsabilidades

• Define a 12-month partnerships plan, prioritising target agencies and segmentation.
• Structure the partner program with tiers, enablement materials and commissions.
• Develop agency relationships and reactivate existing contacts to generate qualified pipeline.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and support deals through to closing.
• Organise co-marketing initiatives with agencies and shared clients.
• Align with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product to integrate partnerships.
• Establish attribution, track partner-sourced pipeline and optimize the program.
• Prepare for international expansion after establishing the French market.
