The Agency Development Lead will own strategic agency partnerships across the French market. This is not an account management role — you'll architect the agency relationships and commercial frameworks which create opportunities for the FR sales team to activate. You bring deep experience in partnership development and senior agency relationships at the holding company level, with an established track record of building long‑term consultative solutions and innovative ways of working with agencies which create value for advertisers. You have a passion for digital media, music, podcasts and innovation, and you know how to translate that into commercial strategy.
