Qualifications

• Proactive problem-solver with eagerness to learn.
• Experience presenting in PowerPoint/Slides.
• Fluent English; French a plus.
• Prior experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Automating document generation using internal tools.
• Designing & maintaining pre-built templates for the gallery.
• Ensuring top-tier quality control to guarantee data and document accuracy.
• Providing real-time technical support via chat, guiding clients clearly.
• Documenting & escalating feedback to improve internal tools and processes.
• Following up on client requests to ensure a seamless experience.
• Expanding impact by taking on additional responsibilities according to skills.
