Shotgun invites applications for a Data & Business Operations Intern based in Paris. You will contribute to scaling operational teams by delivering processes, tools, data, and organizational frameworks to support growth. You will also support business intelligence and data analytics across teams.

The role sits within the Business Operations & Strategy team and focuses on driving efficiency through automation and data-driven insights. Start date around January 2026 in Paris.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and strong quantitative background.
• Willingness to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French; strong English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support operational processes and tooling by identifying improvements and automating tasks.
• Develop and test no-code/low-code tools to support organizers and possibly integrate with Product.
• Create and maintain internal tools to improve efficiency for operations teams.
• Provide business intelligence support and ad-hoc data analyses for stakeholders.
