Talantir is seeking a Head of Operations (Ecommerce DTC) to own the operational engine of the business across markets. You will translate strategy into execution, build scalable processes, and ensure alignment between leadership and execution teams.

You’ll drive daily operations, optimize systems, and manage cross-functional workflows with a focus on cost efficiency and quality as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in operations within DTC / e-commerce.
• Experience in a high-growth environment (8–9 figures).
• Strong ownership mindset with high standards.
• Data-driven, decisive, and execution-focused.
• 3–7+ years in operations, COO, or operations manager roles.

Responsabilités

• Own the operational roadmap, priorities, and execution.
• Track KPIs across operations, logistics, customer experience, and internal teams.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks and fix them.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard.
• Act as the operational link between leadership and execution teams.
• Continuously improve systems, documentation, and workflows.
