Qualifications

• Strong AML/compliance expertise (AFC rules, regulatory frameworks) and scalable operation.
• Proven manager-of-managers experience with 4+ direct reports in a high-volume setting.
• High ownership and proactivity with ability to drive solutions independently.
• Structured execution with clear prioritisation and repeatable operating systems.
• Confident stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive AML operational excellence across 8 markets focusing on alert triage speed, quality, and backlog zero.
• Lead and develop 4 Team Leads, ensuring clarity, coordination, and team health.
• Translate new compliance rules into executable processes with no gaps or delays.
• Own escalations and complex cases, making calm, well-reasoned decisions under pressure.
• Represent AML Operations with senior leadership and external stakeholders when needed.
