Hermès Europe is seeking an E-commerce Operations Team Manager in Paris. You will lead the Operations team, overseeing risk management, payments and stock to ensure flawless customer service and efficient operations.

You will recruit, develop and coach the team on a daily basis, reporting to the E-Commerce Operations Manager, and collaborate with other managers to ensure aligned processes and strong performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Experience in Retail Operations, Digital, IT fields.
• Strong leadership and client service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of ~10 operations officers.
• Recruit, onboard and coach the team; ensure customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Hermès.com teams to align processes and improve communication.
