Kraken is seeking a senior leader to shape and run its Delivery function. You will define the operating model, ensure scalable governance and cross-functional alignment across People, Finance, Tech and external partners. You will lead by influence, not authority, and cultivate a high-performance, human-centered culture.

You will own talent strategy, onboarding programs, capability development, and the tooling roadmap to support migration and transformation programs at scale.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading operations in fast-scaling tech, professional services or transformation.
• Ability to work with complex data, capacity models and system landscapes.
• A track record of building scalable processes and tools from scratch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across People, Finance, Tech and other functions.

Responsabilités

• Shape and propagate a high-performance, high-joy Delivery culture.
• Own strategy for recruiting, onboarding, training and developing Delivery people.
• Lead global onboarding and partner on capability building with Learning.
• Align talent pipeline with evolving roles and org needs.
• Own tooling roadmap across Delivery (PM, resourcing, HR, engagement) and drive adoption.
• Manage portfolio capacity, flag over/under-allocation early.
• Ensure systems serve Delivery objectives, not the reverse.
• Manage relationships with solution providers and vendors.
• Collaborate with Finance and People to shape tooling and mobilization.
