Modjo in Paris is seeking a Chief of Staff intern to help run operations and improve the quality of life across teams. You will work closely with the VP Operations & People and interact daily with Sales, Finance, RevOps, People, and the founders.

The role is cross-functional, offering real responsibility from automations to onboarding and events. The internship emphasizes an AI-first approach, autonomous work, and a hands-on path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Extremely organized and able to manage several projects at once.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable with stakeholders at every level, in both French and English.
• Proactive, autonomous, and ready to take on responsibility, with a strong sense of detail and rigor.
• Comfortable with presentation and analysis tools (spreadsheets, slides) and able to produce high-quality materials.
• Curious about artificial intelligence topics, ideally already a user of no-code or automation tools.
• Open to feedback, eager to learn, and quick to put new skills into practice.
• Fluent in both French and English.

Responsabilités

• Identify operational workflows to improve efficiency across Operations, Finance, Legal, and People.
• Design and deploy automations; contribute to AI-first initiatives and internal AI agents.
• Lead Modjo Academy operations, calendar, speakers, and onboarding journeys for new hires.
• Oversee office life and vendor relationships; organize team events and offsites.
• Prepare and maintain OKRs communications and cross-functional scheduling.
