RTX Collins Aerospace seeks an experienced Operations Program Manager to translate customer and program requirements into executable operational plans. You will align demand, schedules and factory capability, and monitor delivery performance and readiness across functions.

This senior role drives cross-functional actions, leads recovery planning when commitments are at risk, and supports NPI/transition-to-production readiness while keeping leadership informed.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Manufacturing/operations experience.
• Ability to operate cross-functionally in a matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Translating customer/program requirements into executable operational plans.
• Aligning demand, schedule and factory capability.
• Monitoring delivery performance and operational readiness.
• Leading recovery planning where commitments are at risk.
• Integrating Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Planning and Program teams.
• Identifying and escalating risks before they affect customer commitments.
• Supporting NPI and transition-to-production readiness.
• Providing clear operational visibility to Program and GM leadership.
