Mistral.ai in Paris seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of high-impact AI projects. You will plan, execute and oversee programs spanning engineering operations, product, and customer deployments, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high standards.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage risks, and continuously improve processes while aligning with strategic goals and roadmap priorities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., CS, Data Science, Engineering).
• Proven experience managing technical programs within an engineering context.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle management and deployment processes.
• Excellent PM skills with multiple complex programs.
• Thrives in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Proactive problem-solving with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong design thinking and architecture input.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development and deployment processes to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Science, Marketing, Design and Solutions.
• Track progress, timelines, and resources; help teams smooth delivery.
