Aptiv PLC is seeking an Engineering Program Leader to drive cross‑competency program portfolios, ensuring on‑time, on‑cost, and on‑quality delivery across engineering deliverables.

You will partner with Program Management, Accounts and global engineering functions to align resources and budgets, while leading Resident Engineers and Engineering Project Leaders as the primary customer interface for timelines and execution.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor in engineering with relevant years of experience.
• Fluent English; German skills considered an advantage.
• Proven customer-facing leadership experience.
• Planning and organizing skills.
• Ability to work in a virtual and international team.
• Understanding and practicing Servant Leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross‑competency program portfolios to ensure on‑time, on‑cost and on‑quality execution.
• Act as primary interface to customer for engineering deliverables and time plans.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Accounts and global functions (GPO/GES) to align resources and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and engineering leadership across projects.
