Airbus Beyond SAS is seeking a seasoned Master Project Manager to drive and deliver high-visibility initiatives that align with business priorities and customer commitments across digital, classroom, consulting, and transformation programs.

You will orchestrate multiple complex projects, define governance models, manage risks, and mentor other project managers while partnering with customers to shape opportunities and achieve delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project and programme management.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination, facilitation, and influencing abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, accountability, and business acumen.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Experience in a PMO, project excellence or delivery governance, consulting or professional services, digital/learning/transformation projects, and project-management training.
• PMI (PMP), Prince2, Agile or equivalent certifications.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic, complex, high-visibility projects from opportunity framing to delivery and customer satisfaction; define governance, delivery strategies, operating models, milestones, and success criteria; manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations; build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Maintain a consolidated view of ongoing projects, monitor health, identify cross-project risks, ensure alignment of execution with customer commitments and business priorities, and provide actionable reporting to leadership.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, templates, and governance practices; lead retrospectives, lessons-learning initiatives, and mentor other project managers; deliver project-management training and workshops when required.
• Serve as a trusted partner for customers, supporting opportunity shaping and project framing, managing expectations through all stages, collecting feedback, and identifying follow-on engagement opportunities.
