Manitou is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial and Industrial units, driving the DeliverAce program in the LAPAM region. You will finalize implementations and lead the cross-functional coordination between Sales Administration and Operating Units.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, performance management, and training managers in meeting facilitation and action-plan tracking to ensure OTIF and service level targets are met.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of S&OP process challenges would be an asset.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Commercial and Industrial units.
• Finalize implementation and lead Cross-Functional Coordination in LAPAM region.
• Deploy performance-management routines around orders to improve OTIF and lead times.
• Train managers on meeting facilitation and action-plan management.
• Ensure KPIs align with framework objectives and drive improvements.
