Manitou is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional activities between Commercial and Industrial units across regions, while driving performance routines and KPI alignment for on-time delivery.

You will deploy and train teams within the DeliverAce framework, overseeing OTIF, inventory health, and production planning across multiple operating units and regions. This role requires a master’s degree and 7+ years in a similar field.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
• 7+ years of experience in a senior project management role in a multicultural environment.
• Experience across Demand, Supply Chain, distribution flows, cross-functional performance management, quality, procurement, or sales administration.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cross-functional coordination between Commercial and Industrial units.
• Lead the framework implementation and training for meeting facilitation and action plans.
• Monitor KPIs (OTIF, inventory, sales forecast accuracy) and ensure SLA alignment between groups.
• Manage relationships across Operating Units and Commercial Regions; drive continuous improvement.
