Airbus UpNext SAS is seeking a Project Management Officer to support a strategic flight demonstrator in Toulouse. You will ensure the project runs smoothly, manage performance against TCQ targets, and coordinate governance across the steering committee and sponsors.

The role requires senior PM experience, strong budget control, and experience with procurement and IP issues. Flexible hours and remote work options are offered within a dynamic startup‑like environment.

Qualifications

• Senior project management experience with strong budget and schedule control.
• Experience in procurement, tendering and contract management.
• Proven ability to manage risks and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
• Agile mindset with proactive, autonomous work style.

Responsabilités

• Support the Head of Demonstrator in managing TCQ objectives and cost within budget.
• Oversee tendering processes, contract negotiations and supply chain logistics.
• Coordinate governance materials, StopGo reviews and risk/opportunity registers.
• Interface with multi-functional project team to define processes and capture learnings.
