BioFluff is seeking an Operations Lead to support the COO and scale the business. You will manage stock across Italy and China, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and maintain tight inventory control aligned with manufacturing partners.

You will own the operational tech stack, implement ERP solutions, and build automations to reduce manual work while maintaining high responsiveness to clients and partners. Periodic travel to suppliers and teams in Europe is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage stock levels across BioFluff's material lines and manufacturing partners (Italy and China)
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
• Track orders, deliveries, and inventory in close coordination with manufacturing partners
• Own BioFluff's operational tech stack, from ERP implementation to ongoing system management
• Identify and build process automations that reduce manual work across the operations function
• Ensure all client and partner communications are answered within 24 hours
• Support the COO with day-to-day operations and drive standardisation across internal processes
• Help build scalable operational documentation as the team grows
