papernest, a fast-growing European scale-up, is looking for a Chief Operations Officer to lead the Operations Business Unit across France, Spain, and Italy. You will own the P&L and drive operational excellence, scale, and profitability in a dynamic, multi-country environment.

Based in Paris or Barcelona (or relocation), you will partner with founders and the Executive Committee to define strategy, build a roadmap, and unite regional teams, with strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in operations leadership.
Proven track record of managing, scaling, and unifying multi-country teams.
Based in Paris or Barcelona, or open to relocation.
Fluency in English; French and/or Spanish are a plus.

Responsabilités

Oversee the Operations Business Unit across France, Spain, and Italy.
Report to the Executive Committee and take full accountability for performance and financial results.
Define the Operations P&L strategy and drive its execution to reach financial targets.
Build and execute the project roadmap, fostering continuous innovation.
Ensure collaboration between departments and other business units to achieve shared goals.
Oversee global communication across the BU to ensure clarity and consistency.
Grow and unite a multi-country managerial line.
