Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is seeking an S&OP Manager for BU WCT Operations based in Fontanil. You will lead the global Sales & Operations Planning process, ensuring alignment of demand and supply while optimizing resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in supply chain planning, including 3+ years in S&OP roles. This role includes interaction with various business functions and requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Moderate travel is expected, and the position offers a collaborative and impactful work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or business management.
• 3+ years in S&OP or similar cross-functional roles.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and facilitate the monthly S&OP cycle.
• Secure collaboration between sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
• Identify and quantify demand-supply gaps.
• Monitor S&OP KPIs including forecast accuracy.
• Support annual business planning and quarterly business reviews.
