You will drive staffing forecasts with product launches, oversee incident response, and maintain master production documentation while pushing continuous improvement across teams.

• Operational Blueprint: Maintain master documentation for production activities.
• Business Continuity: Maintain BCP and incident response protocols.
• Incident Frameworks: Lead post-mortem reports and escalation paths.
• Operational Policy: Update policies for merchant prioritization.
• Post-Mortem Integration: Translate findings into docs/training.
• Hypervision Dashboarding: Manage live dashboards and capacity tools.
• Automation Stewardship: Identify bottlenecks and implement automation.
