Job summary

EUC TECHS LTD is seeking experienced IT Support Specialists / Desktop Support Engineers to provide onsite L1/L2 support to end users in France. In this EUC role, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage Windows endpoints, resolve incidents, and deliver a high-quality end-user technology experience in an enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years’ hands-on experience as a Desktop Engineer, IT Support Technician, or Service Desk Analyst, with strong AD/Entra

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of professional IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and OS deployment.
• Strong AD and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD permissions.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite L1/L2 IT support to end users.
• Deploy and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage Windows OS deployments and updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and connectivity.
• Handle Microsoft 365 apps and AD account provisioning.
• Follow ITIL processes and log incidents in a ticketing system.
