You will provide L1–L2 workstation support and L3 server/virtualization assistance, manage assets and licenses, and help enforce security policies. The role emphasizes clear communication and stakeholder collaboration.

On-site position handling up to 300 devices per FTE, contributing to reliable IT operations that empower our teams to work safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Technical education in computer science or equivalent experience/studies.
• Windows or Cisco certifications are a plus.
• ITIL Foundations desirable.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Project experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge configuring, managing and troubleshooting Windows Server OS.
• Knowledge of server virtualization.

Responsabilités

• Deliver IT services for a site or multiple sites (up to 300 devices) per FTE.
• Manage IT service delivery, asset management, licenses, and security systems.
• Support L1–L2 workstation deployment and L3 server/virtualization tasks.
• Provide clear communication on changes and projects; support end-user training.
• Ensure activities align with global IT standards and security policies.
