Amcor is seeking an IT Support Specialist for Montpont, FR to deliver standard IT services for one or more sites, handling L1-L3 workstation and server support. On-site role with responsibilities across hardware, network, and end-user training.

This role requires technical education, Windows Server knowledge, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Fluency in English is valued; French is a plus in this French site.

Formación

• Technical education in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Windows Server operating systems knowledge.
• Any Windows/Cisco certifications are a plus.
• ITIL Foundations desirable.
• Fluency in English communication (spoken, written).
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Project experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver IT services for a site or multiple sites and manage IT assets.
• Support L1/L2 for workstation deployment and support; L3 for server/virtualization.
• Install/repair hardware; troubleshoot applications/software; manage printers.
• Data backup and restore; infrastructure testing.
• Maintain LAN switches/Access Points and network documentation; monitor tools.
• End user support: onboarding/offboarding, updates, training.
